The profile is organized in 5 tabs:

1. Overview

  • Profile Information: Full name, date of birth, gender, language, and grade level.
  • Contact Details: Phone number and home address.
  • Notes: Personal admin-only notes.

2. Family

  • Add Guardian: Link to an existing guardian or invite a new one via email.
  • Guardian Relationship: Define the relationship role (e.g. Father, Mother) and check if they are the primary financial payer.
  • Contact Info: Phone and email details.

3. Financial

  • Assign Plan: Link the student to a specific tuition package (Tuition Plan).
  • Charges & Payments: A detailed grid showing all issued charges, payments received, and the current balance due.
  • Transaction History: Record of all payments with options to download receipts.

4. Academic

  • Upload: Add files (e.g. registration documents, ID cards, health certificates).
  • Categories: Organize files into folders for easy retrieval.

Bulk Import

This feature allows you to import multiple students at once by uploading a CSV or Excel file.

Import Steps:

  1. Upload File: Select the CSV/Excel file from your computer. You can download the sample template file provided on the page.
  2. Field Mapping: Map the columns in your file to the system fields (e.g., matching the column Name to the Name field).
  3. Review & Confirm: The system checks data for any syntax errors (e.g., invalid email formats). Correct errors and click "Confirm Import".
Note

If a student in your file has an email address that already exists in the system, that row will be skipped during import to prevent duplicate profiles.

Pagination

At the bottom of the list:

  • Showing X to Y of Z students
  • Previous / Next

Pagination is hidden when there are no students.

Empty state

If no students are found (due to filters or search), you see:

"No students found"

Try changing filters or clearing the search. If the institution is new, add your first student with Add Student or via Initial Setup (Initial Setup).
