Settings
The Settings dashboard allows you to manage your personal contact details, review linked child student accounts, and configure automated notification subscriptions.
Where to find it: Navigation Menu → Settings (or /parent/settings)
1. Parent Profile Settings
In the Parent Profile tab, you can update your contact attributes:
- Contact Details: Phone number and email address. It is crucial to keep this information updated, as the school uses these channels for emergency alerts (e.g., auto-absences notifications).
- Password: Change your portal account login credentials.
2. Linked Children Profiles
This section lists all students associated with your parental account:
- Displays each child's legal name, registration ID, and their enrolled class groups.
Student information (such as spelling of names, course levels, or enrollment statuses) is read-only and cannot be modified by parents. If you notice a typo or discrepancy, contact the School Administration directly for correction.
3. Notification Preferences
On the Settings page (below your profile) you choose which topics you want to receive. Each topic shows channel badges: Email, SMS, Push, In-app — depending on your school’s policy.

How it works
- Turn each topic on or off with its switch.
- Topics marked Locked are mandatory for the school — you cannot disable them.
- Under Grades you can also choose grade types:
- Critical (immediate email): finals, midterms, diagnostics
- Periodic (weekly digest): tests and quizzes — bundled every Friday
- Rolling (in-app only): homework and projects — in-app only
- In the Language card, choose Greek or English for notifications and the UI.
- Click Save Preferences, or Reset to Defaults to restore defaults.
If push notifications are blocked in your browser, a warning appears — enable them in your browser settings.
Bell and inbox
The header bell shows your latest unread notifications. View all opens the inbox with tabs All / Unread / Read / Pinned.
