Grades & Attendance
Monitoring your child's academic progress and attendance record is easily managed via the Grades and Attendance sections.
1. Academic Performance (Grades)
Where to find it: Navigation Menu → Grades
This page serves as your child's digital progress report card:
- Overall average: Your child's overall grade, together with the scale it is measured on (for example 17.80/20).
- Detailed Subject Log: Each course has its own card with the Course avg. Expand it to display the individual scores (Exams, Quizzes, Homework, Oral/Participation). The By Category button also shows how each category contributes to the average.
- Teacher Feedback: If a teacher logs a comment on an assignment or exam, you see it in the Comments column.
Grades on the Course Scale
Each grade is shown together with the maximum of the course's scale, for example 14/20 or 50/100, with its percentage underneath. If your child's courses use different scales, the overall average is hidden and you see a note instead; read the average of each course separately then.
Grades from Exams
- In calendar: If a grade comes from an exam that exists in the Calendar, an "In calendar" tag appears next to its title. Click it to open the exam in your child's Calendar.
- Make-up: The "Make-up" tag next to the date means the grade belongs to a make-up of an exam.
Grades are only released to parent portals once they are published by the teacher. If a recent test score is missing, the grading review or the publication is still pending.
In addition, the school may have set grades to be published to students only. In that case parents do not see the grades and are not notified about them. If you are not sure, ask the school office.
2. Attendance & Absences Log
Where to find it: Navigation Menu → Attendance
Track your child's schedule attendance consistency and check logged absences:
Quick Statistics
- Total: The number of recorded lessons.
- Present: How many times your child was present, with the percentage (e.g., 95%).
- Excused: Absences that have been excused.
- Unexcused: Absences without justification.
Absence Status Indicators
The lower section displays a chronological log of attendance and absences:

| 🔴 Absent | The student was absent without prior parental notice or justification. |
| 🟢 Excused | The school was notified of the absence reason (e.g., illness), and the ticket is validated. |
| 🟡 Late | The student arrived after class started. |
Below the date on each entry, the course and session time also appear (e.g. English B2 · 16:00–17:30) when available.
Excused absences display notes entered by school staff or teachers (e.g., "Doctor's note submitted").
The Attendance page covers lessons. Attendance at exams and events is recorded separately and does not count toward the attendance rate or appear in this list.
